Old Coach Outdoors is family operated and spearheaded by Sam Tuten. Sam's wife Kim grew up on the land as a tobacco farmer's daughter. Sam and Kim have been blessed with two wonderful children (Lex and Samantha). The family understands the majesty of nature that has been created by His Majesty.

Both Sam and Kim found their way into the coaching ranks after college, and 25 years later find themselves back on the farm as Old Coaches. Both Lex (Baseball) and Samantha (Cheer) are current coaches in their respective sports. With the family being around sports and the love for the outdoors came the creation of Old Coach Outdoors.

Sam began at an early age with his first dog being a Brittany Spaniel named Nat (The runt of the litter.....His dad believed in the underdog). Sam and His dad would walk the woods with the Brittany Spaniels while waiting on a point so the covey could be flushed for a quick shot. (Side Note: Sam still enjoys qual and grits as one of his f
